Licensee Fee =    R 40,000, 00 + VAT
Start Pack =   R 60,000, 00 + VAT (Includes internal training)
Formal Training   =   R   8,000.00 After 6 months.

This fee covers:

Marketing Pack
Comprehensive Training Internal Course
Use of branded Lawnpro trailer and equipment for duration of the contract
Controlled territory and rights to Lawnpro name and identity
Supply and use of all tools, initial supplies, equipment, products and stationery to start your business
Brand for Uniform
Other Costs

Additionally, each Lawnpro franchise is required to have a vehicle, a computer dedicated to the business and ample insurance coverage, plus sufficient working capital to adequately develop and promote the business and cover incidental expenses. (R10,000 00 at least)

Financial Support
The present economic climate is detrimental to any designs on getting any form of financial support on a business package that does not even amount to the cost of a small second hand car's cost. Banks are interested in bid deals like restaurants, exhaust outlets and tyre franchises, all of which require financing of millions of Rands.

The reason is quite simply that the effort of them raising R150,000 is the same as raising R1,500,000 00 - because they will need the same security of property in both instances. Lawnpro does not get involved in the raising of capital in iny form or manner - it is just not worh the time that is required to offer all the support structures required for these purposes.
